The personnel employed for our aforesaid divisions are having basic education level of minimum 10th standard. All the employees are given in house training of 12 days before actual deployment at client’s location to ensure that they are fully trained to perform their duties in best possible manner. Further, specialized training is also given to security personnel to be deployed at specific locations viz. Bank/ ATM’s, MNC’s, Warehouses, Manufacturing Industry, Technology, Corporate & Hospitality sector. Apart from that, all the employees are further given refresher & on job training on weekly basis with total 52 training days every year for all existing employee covering specific training based on actual job profile.
The operational & other category of indirect staff of NEW STEP comprises of field, back office and managerial staff. The same are hen picked retired officer’s of Armed Forces ably supported by young and highly experienced civilian team of professionals in the fields of sales, marketing, operations, HR and administration. The entire indirect staff of NEW STEP is under direct employment & is permanent employees of NEW STEP. The company has laid down strict hiring norms for all categories of personnel’s & no one above the age of 50 and below the age of 21 years is inducted in the Guarding personnel category.
